Mandatory Disclosure

As a federal contractor, Stress2Logic is required to disclose, in writing, credible evidence of violations of federal criminal law, the civil False Claims Act, or significant overpayments in connection with the award or performance of federal contracts, in accordance with FAR 52.203-13.

Termination for Convenience

The federal government may terminate any contract with Stress2Logic for its convenience, as provided under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). In such an event, Stress2Logic will comply with all applicable requirements for termination procedures.

Flow-Down Clauses

Stress2Logic will flow down applicable federal contract clauses to all subcontractors, as required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other relevant regulations.

False Claims Act Compliance

Stress2Logic complies with the False Claims Act and will not submit any false or fraudulent claims for payment to the federal government. Any employee, subcontractor, or agent who becomes aware of a potential violation of the False Claims Act is required to report it immediately.

Export Control Compliance

Stress2Logic complies with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). We will not export or re-export any data, technology, or products in violation of these laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Website shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Illinois.
